Ellen taught us how to do our Adult Homework about preparing our old house for sale, held our hands through the process, and sold the house for $15,000 more than we'd bought it for after 2 days on the market. She got to know us well enough to help us find our perfect fit home and helped us move in for $4,000 less than the asking price. We have used Alan and his team for the buying and selling process. We highly recommend them. They care about your best interests. Alan looks for things such as too short of shower rails, to mold to things out of code.
