The counselors and teachers are super nice and do all they can to help out students and create a safe, intellectual environment.
The lunch time could be longer and the cafeteria food could be better. It's not the worst but it isn't the best either. Upperclassmen get off campus lunch anyways so there isn't a strong need after sophomore year to stay in and eat.
The social scene is full of diversity and people i'd never thought to be friends with are my friends. It's usually open and very supportive.
There are cops all around who are friendly and promote a safe environment. I've never been to the nurse myself, but I hear she's very helpful and willing to deal with sick students.
I've had a tough high school in terms of academic duress, but it's been worth it and I know I am well prepared for college. I've made lifetime friends at this school and it pains me to leave them. I've had great, fun times here and I will miss my high school.
Our school has numerous clubs and anyone who has the initiative can start their own with the help of staff members. I take part in many clubs as well and there's a huge range from academics, sports, and government.
We have an excellent student section to support all games. Every game comes with a themed dress up to help cheer on our athletics. The coaches are very nice and all our facilities are top notch.
You won't go starving, and the salads are pretty good. I mainly brought my own lunch to school though.
Teachers are pretty willing to stay after school to help students, and there are tutoring programs for after school as well that students can take advantage of.
