Horrible on every account. My cat clearly had an infection but when they couldn't get a quick result, Dr. Randy suggested maybe he should be treated for a heart issue. The change in course failed miserably and my cat had to be put down, never previously having been sick in his brief 8-year life. I demanded the medical records and found they neglected to tell me the meds for the heart treatment caused immediate seizures. They kept this from me and kept administering the medication. They also neglected to tell me the previous ... read more

Incredibly disappointed with the Emergency Care this past Sunday. So bad that I took Lucy elsewhere to get the help we needed for her. I called ahead, checked in with the security guard who wrote down my name and her name. After watching numerous other pets taken back before us I inquired and was told we had not checked in. What was the point of the security guard writing down our names? Finally taken back and left sitting another 2 hours. Total time waiting=3 hours. I packed Lucy up and sought care for her elsewhere... read more

Northview animal clinic TERRIBLE!!!!! After living in North Ridgeville for 42 years we needed veterinary care for one of our dogs Louie. Our regular vet passed and made house calls to care for our animals horses, dogs and cats. So we made an appointment only to find out when we got there they scheduled it a week later but suggested we could use their emergency services for immediate attention at more than triple the cost. We stayed since Louie had hip or knee issues. He was in pain an agitated barking occasionally, they put u... read more

A friend in local rescue verified you continue the shameful inhumane practice of DEBARKING dogs. Instead of advocating for dogs, you enable lazy heartless owners by severing the dogs’ vocal cords instead of insisting these people take responsibility for their pet and train them. Truly disgusted….and it shows a lack of empathy, good judgement, and animal advocacy that I insist on for peace of mind with my vet.

My aunt took her dog here and all they wanted to do was charge over $8,000 and offer to euthanize her dog. No compassion. No knocking off any money due to financial hardship. The dog came home unable to walk post surgery and they didn’t take any responsibility. They said it probably had a blood clot but wanted more money and my aunt’s credit card was maxed out. When my aunt said she had no further way to pay after the $8,500 they already charged they said they could euthanize the dog. Now a few days after bringing the dog ho... read more

Animal Clinic Northview treats animals as disposable commodities, with a pay-or-die mentality that forces people to make impossible decisions. There are no words to describe the lack of empathy and humanity from this “veterinarian clinic”. Our puppy was taken in while we were on vacation where he was diagnosed with a UTI and admitted into their ICU. They said he was doing well and supposed to come home a day or two later. We were initially charged just over $1,400 for the care. On the day we returned home and were supposed... read more

My cousin’s doggo is currently there waiting for surgery to repair a mistake one of their vets made that may cost him his life. Not only will they not do they surgery without payment, (even though they know insurance money is en route) they won’t accept responsibility for messing up in the first place. He is suffering while she attempts everything she can to come up with an additional $4,000 to save his life. She has already come out of pocket for more than $6,000! Why should he suffer for for Dr Pajcic’s rushed mistake?
