I took my dog there, he was urinating blood and could not walk. Clinic did all these tests, tried to explain the results, which were jiberish to me. Vet prescribed medications (5) total of 10 pills to be taken orally, vet knew that is was impossible for me to get him to swallow the pills. FYI the vet didn't administer any of the meds when he was there. I have to assume the vet knew something was serious wrong, unless he is totally incompetent, but sent him home with meds instead of keeping him there with meds administere... read more

Very costly. We went in for an ultrasound on a pet which we were told cost $340. Ended up paying an additional office visit fee of $150, which recommended surgery at an additional $4000. Little compassion and little time spent with us. Found another animal clinic that was 1/4 of the cost for the same services who were very compassionate. I do not recommend.

I brought my dying dog and best friend to the clinic to be put down. A very sad and stressful event. The clinic was busy so we waited in the car for 40 min. They finally came out and took us to a room. I sat with my dying best friend for another 40 min. Finally a vet showed up and apologized for the long wait. She said we had been forgotten in the busy shuffle they were experiencing. It was a very painful experience made much worse by the long delay. On a scale from 1 to 10 on the compassion scale they scored a ZERO!

if you have an emergency please allow 8 hours to sit there and wait. you can not leave for food or anything. being 7 months pregnant it was suggested to me to use door dash to get food since I couldn't leave. the staff I called and spoke to was VERY nice as well as a lady at the front desk however the staff that took care of our pup was not very kind or understanding. and my poor dog is traumatized. unfortunately there are not many options for an emergency vet so if you need to go here pack food and water and be ready to b... read more

Called twice today to get my extremely sick dog into the ER. He had not eaten or drank in several days. Was throwing up and diarrhea. Was weak, shaking and lethargic. They said they didn’t feel it was a critical emergency and would not take him. My beloved pet just died!!! How can they just decide over the phone that someone is not in need? Very uncaring.

The staff were nice but the vet was rude, impatient, didn't listen and I will never bring my dog Herr again.

Saturday-dog diagnose with Parvo. Came home with medication. After been given 3 prices. And at final bill price different by 10.00.(not a problem) Was told to come daily for the liquid placement in his back. (Don’t remember the name of it) Sunday-called to let the vet front know I was the for his fluid. Front desk literally gave the impression of not wanting to do their job. Continue to inform me of a long wait. I still stayed for his liquid. While in the clinic I asked for another mini syringe as the one we had was faulty... read more

They put me in a room and never said when a vet would be in. I sat for over a hour and finally called the front desk and they told me it could take up to 6 hours before anyone came in. I decided to take my pet and leave. As I put my pet in her carrier a veterinarian came in. She asked me if I was leaving and I explained to her how long I had been there. She also, told me that it could take up to 6 hours to see a veterinarian. I don’t think they were up front about the wait time and they only came in because I said I was leav... read more
