if you have an emergency please allow 8 hours to sit there and wait. you can not leave for food or anything. being 7 months pregnant it was suggested to me to use door dash to get food since I couldn't leave. the staff I called and spoke to was VERY nice as well as a lady at the front desk however the staff that took care of our pup was not very kind or understanding. and my poor dog is traumatized. unfortunately there are not many options for an emergency vet so if you need to go here pack food and water and be ready to b... read more
Called twice today to get my extremely sick dog into the ER. He had not eaten or drank in several days. Was throwing up and diarrhea. Was weak, shaking and lethargic. They said they didn’t feel it was a critical emergency and would not take him. My beloved pet just died!!! How can they just decide over the phone that someone is not in need? Very uncaring.
The staff were nice but the vet was rude, impatient, didn't listen and I will never bring my dog Herr again.
Saturday-dog diagnose with Parvo. Came home with medication. After been given 3 prices. And at final bill price different by 10.00.(not a problem) Was told to come daily for the liquid placement in his back. (Don’t remember the name of it) Sunday-called to let the vet front know I was the for his fluid. Front desk literally gave the impression of not wanting to do their job. They put me in a room and never said when a vet would be in. I sat for over a hour and finally called the front desk and they told me it could take up to 6 hours before anyone came in. I decided to take my pet and leave. As I put my pet in her carrier a veterinarian came in. She asked me if I was leaving and I explained to her how long I had been there. We have had to put our previous pets down and never have had such a horrible experience than at this location. It took an hour and a half to put our dog down. We paid upfront So we will not have to deal with that at the end.They had a terrible time trying to inject a catheter, and then asked if they could sedate her. I have never had an experience where a catheter is used for this process. It was tormenting to our pet. To long to wait for help, doing blood work, exray,temperature it took 3 1/2 hrs. Then it took another 1/2 hr. To get my bill, not very organized. Not impressed with all the help and nobody doing anything to get things done.
NEVER AGAIN the vet Berry and the vet tech (Samantha) let my dog fall head first off the table mind you I took my dog because something was going on with her head then they continue talking to me as if nothing just happened didn’t apologize or anything I had recently taken my other dog to the same location but a different vet and she was no better guess my mistake was taking a second chance but that will never happen again I should have talked to people first because 2 of my family members have had problems here my aunt took... read more
I felt like the doctors there are SELLING services. I felt like I was buying a car. In fact I would say the the doctors there are getting partially paid on commission. I spent over $550 and they still didn’t know what was wrong with my car. I was first told my cat was not dehydrated then told he was and added a fluid, antibiotic and anti vomiting injection which added another $150 to the bill.
