RecommendedBrought my mastiff in for Masticatory Muscle Myositis. This was the second treatment. I seen Dr. Greenfield wrote an article about this kind of disease so I moved vets & scheduled an appointment with him. I have been very pleased with my dog Lexi’s progress she has been treated for almost a year and now is only on 1 pill & no steroids. No sign of it returning like with the last vet. The Vet that I am dealing with is absolutely phenomenal! But unfortunately the rest of the clinic especially their billing practices are horrendous! They quote you one price and charge you another. Claiming that the vet doesn’t know the prices!

Emergency visit - way over priced!! Quoted me one price (couldn’t print me quote because printer was broke, convenient). The. When I went to pick up my cat price increased by over $300 for no reason. These people are praying on people that are worried about their animals. Next I will drive to another ER in Cleveland or Parma!

Making fun of a customer who just lost a fur loved one is one of the sickest things a vet clinic could do. Clearly your vet clinic has no compassion for the work you do. No one should take their fur babies to this clinic. The employee that did this should immediatey be fired!
Mocking a grieving woman after she lost a beloved pet is just despicable and inhumane. I hope you treat the animals you care for with more compassion.
