My aunt took her dog here and all they wanted to do was charge over $8,000 and offer to euthanize her dog. No compassion. No knocking off any money due to financial hardship. There are no words to describe the lack of empathy and humanity from this “veterinarian clinic”. absolutely disgusting!! we have been using this clinic for 18 yrs. you kniw have to wait 4-6 hrs for am emergency appointment. we called to have our cat put too sleep due to being sick, now too me that is an emergency, not to the clinic. they put in a room and had mt husband sit for a hour and a half as the staff is out in hallway laughing away having a super time. how in the hell do you think that makes the person feel as they have been sitting there already thinking about obe of the hardest desicions they probably have had... read more
My cousin’s doggo is currently there waiting for surgery to repair a mistake one of their vets made that may cost him his life. Not only will they not do they surgery without payment, (even though they know insurance money is en route) they won’t accept responsibility for messing up in the first place. He is suffering while she attempts everything she can to come up with an additional $4,000 to save his life. She has already come out of pocket for more than $6,000! Why should he suffer for for Dr Pajcic’s rushed mistake?
I had my dog seen there on July 4th. I have a 32.4 lb Jack Russell, Blue Heeler mix they gave him wrong dosage for antibiotics and pain medication. They gave my dog 125 MG Clavamox Antibiotics which his correct dose should have been 250 MG. and they gave him the wrong dose pain medication they gave him 25 MG of Rimadyl when he should have gotten 75 MG. I took my dog there, he was urinating blood and could not walk. Clinic did all these tests, tried to explain the results, which were jiberish to me. Vet prescribed medications (5) total of 10 pills to be taken orally, vet knew that is was impossible for me to get him to swallow the pills. FYI the vet didn't administer any of the meds when he was there. I have to assume the vet knew something was serious wrong, unless he is totally incompetent, but sent him home with meds instead of keeping him there with meds administere... read more
Very costly. We went in for an ultrasound on a pet which we were told cost $340. Ended up paying an additional office visit fee of $150, which recommended surgery at an additional $4000. Little compassion and little time spent with us. Found another animal clinic that was 1/4 of the cost for the same services who were very compassionate. I do not recommend.
I brought my dying dog and best friend to the clinic to be put down. A very sad and stressful event. The clinic was busy so we waited in the car for 40 min. They finally came out and took us to a room. I sat with my dying best friend for another 40 min. Finally a vet showed up and apologized for the long wait. She said we had been forgotten in the busy shuffle they were experiencing. It was a very painful experience made much worse by the long delay. On a scale from 1 to 10 on the compassion scale they scored a ZERO!
