Get directionsDO NOT TRUST THIS HOSPITAL. My dog just lost all of her puppies and one was seriously deformed because of what they told me to do! I trusted this “specialty hospital” for artificial insemination and they recommend a drug for my pregnant dog that is only used in cats and for sure not puppies! When I tried HARD to question this after a rushed phone call telling me to come get the drug today (that’s a 1.5 hour drive one-way), no doctor would get back on the phone to clarify my concerns, no office manager that day was there to s... read more
This company is extremely unethical and greedy and I would never recommend taking my business here! Sadly my elderly mother had 2 of her credit cards taken by someone from her church. This individual (their client) subsequently used my mom’s credit cards at this clinic for a total of $5,606. They clearly don’t check identification at the point of sale. I physically went to the clinic with a police report in hand and provided them with the correct name of the person they should bill. I was told the manager was not there at th... read more

Hi Maggie, We’re very sorry to hear about this situation that happened back in November and can absolutely understand how upsetting it must be for your family. Please know that we take all reports of fraud seriously. In instances involving third-party use of credit cards, we follow protocols that align with guidance from law enforcement and the card-issuing banks, which typically require the dispute to be handled through the bank’s fraud investigation process. We’re more than willing to cooperate fully with any official in... read more
Last Saturday they said my 12 year old pitbull needed a 6k$ surgery. To get her uterus out bc it’s swollen and full of puss. Found The Landings Animal Hospital and they estimated the surgery to be UNDER 2k$. Went to her appointment today, for him to suggest trying the antibiotics first to see if they can clean out the infection. GO TO THE LANDINGS ANIMAL HOSPITAL. We go back soon for a checkup to see if the antibiotics are doing their job and we’ll discuss further action. This place just wants your money !!!

Our recommendations are always based on the best medical information available at the time of the visit, taking into account the severity of the condition, the urgency of intervention, and your pet’s overall health. We never want any pet owner to feel pressured, and we welcome second opinions, especially when it helps you feel confident in your care plan. We hope... read more
I took my 10 year old dog here for an emergency visit after he had a seizure earlier this morning. Unfortunately, the care he received was disappointing. Despite TWO visits in one day, the vet never even performed a physical examination. On our second visit of the day due to my dogs declining condition, I waited over an hour to have anyone come into the exam room to do anything (only after calling front desk to ask how long it would be, did the vet tech come in). Vet tech took my dog to draw lab work and again waited an hou... read more

Our frenchie had puppies there last Saturday. We brought her home and within a couple of hours while her milk was coming in (back nipples) the staples popped. I brought her into the vet and they charged me 2500 for the surgery to fix this saying she was digging or licking. I have pictures and that was not the case. Then when my husband tried to bring her and her puppies back home post surgery we realized they didn’t give all of the puppies to us. They forgot a puppy unattended in their care and unaccounted for and sent us ho... read more

Absolutely terrible experience during an EMERGENCY visit with Dr. Carrie Russell. DO NOT take your dog here if you're afraid for their life. No care/concern for life, just rudeness and accusations.

Took pet to have a mass removed. When pet arrived home she wouldn’t walk poop or eat. Couple days later after her swelling went down we noticed that her hind leg was broken. We took our dog back to Northview and this “hospital” kicked us out and told us we were not aloud to come back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE ANIMAL CLINIC NORTHVIEW.
Business response:
Dennis, we’re sorry to hear about your experience and the concerns you’ve shared. We understand how distressing it is when a pet’s recovery doesn’t go as expected, especially after surgery. Our team is committed to providing attentive and thorough care, and we take all feedback seriously. While we stand by our staff’s commitment to professionalism and patient care, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We wish you and your pet the best moving forward.
The crematory services are cheaply done for what they charge. I paid twice the amount I had paid at a different crematory for my cat, and received a box that wasn’t engraved, and a cheaply done paw print. I also did not receive a cremation record , which should be standard and included. Very disheartening.
WARNING!! Do not take your pet here. I brought my dog to this clinic, and 5 hours later he was dead. Upon arrival, he exhibited yellow eyes and gums, indicating jaundice, yet the clinic misdiagnosed him with a urinary infection. After administering their prescribed antibiotic, which warned against use in dogs with liver damage, his condition rapidly deteriorated. Jaundice is a clear sign of liver issues, and my dog passed away just hours after receiving their prescription. This clinic’s negligence cost my dog’s life.
Business response:
Mike, we are truly sorry for the loss of your dog and understand how heartbreaking this must be. While we aim to provide the best care for every patient, we take claims of misdiagnosis and treatment concerns very seriously. Jaundice and its underlying causes can be complex, and diagnosing such conditions requires thorough evaluation. Our treatment decisions are always made with the pet’s best interest in mind, based on the symptoms and information available during the visit. We’d like the opportunity to review your pet’s ca... read more
