Absolutely terrible experience during an EMERGENCY visit with Dr. Carrie Russell. DO NOT take your dog here if you're afraid for their life. No care/concern for life, just rudeness and accusations.

Took pet to have a mass removed. When pet arrived home she wouldn’t walk poop or eat. Couple days later after her swelling went down we noticed that her hind leg was broken. We took our dog back to Northview and this “hospital” kicked us out and told us we were not aloud to come back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE ANIMAL CLINIC NORTHVIEW.

The crematory services are cheaply done for what they charge. I paid twice the amount I had paid at a different crematory for my cat, and received a box that wasn’t engraved, and a cheaply done paw print. I also did not receive a cremation record , which should be standard and included. Very disheartening.
WARNING!! Do not take your pet here. I brought my dog to this clinic, and 5 hours later he was dead. Upon arrival, he exhibited yellow eyes and gums, indicating jaundice, yet the clinic misdiagnosed him with a urinary infection. After administering their prescribed antibiotic, which warned against use in dogs with liver damage, his condition rapidly deteriorated. Jaundice is a clear sign of liver issues, and my dog passed away just hours after receiving their prescription. This clinic’s negligence cost my dog’s life.

Was charged $1200 for visit and xray and they say they had to put him to sleep for a throat surgery. Two weeks later he is still doing to same thing and they had the nerve to charge me another fee for something they didn’t fix in the first place. I would never recommend someone to this place wish I had read the reviews cause there is a lot of bad ones. $1200 for nothing being done they just want your money is all. Don’t care about you or your pets.
I’m writing this review as I’m sitting in the room waiting to still be seen by a vet.. after sitting here for FOUR AND A HALF HOURS (got here at 3:40pm). It took 2 hours for us to get back into a room from the lobby. The ONLY reason I came here was because my vet could not get us in until Thursday and our dog is throwing up, having diarrhea, and not eating after being sprayed directly in the face by a skunk. After being told I could make payments and put down $2k they tried to hold my friend and his medication I had already paid for before. I was also told I wouldn’t be charged an emergency fee again since I paid one the night before. My estimate was for 4000-4600. My final bill not only had that emergency fee but was for more than 5700. Once they finally released him to me they told me they closed my account to send to collections and to find somebody else to get his stitches removed.
