Kerri Payne is exceptional! She goes above and beyond for her clients. Many times we were not able to make it to Midland to see the houses. She sent pictures, did a FaceTime showing and gave honest feedback. Kerri was also VERY responsive throughout the entire process. Buying a house is stressful and can be time sensitive. It was very reassuring to know that she would always respond the same day if we had questions. I would highly recommend Kerri Payne to anyone looking to buy a home in Midland.

Celeste helped us to buy our home in Midland and we are so thankful for her assistance in this process. She is super responsive and very friendly and thoughtful as well! We are glad to meet her not just for the business but also to keep the relationship as a friend. Her husband is a mission pastor at Stonegate church in Midland. I love to work with my fellow Christian and help out each other. If you are new in town and need to find a church, they can definitely help you with that.

Kerri is by and far one of the most honest and knowledgeable agents we have had the pleasure to work with. She has a contact, legit contacts, for every contractor, builder, person in the metroplex, and when you call to ask them or reference her, they know her, to that, that is a great reputation to stand by.
