Victoria was amazing. Her staff was amazing and she sold the house in one week. She called when she needed something, she was on top of every single detail, I was in another state, and still didn't have to worry about anything. I cannot say enough good things about how much she did in such a short time.
Kerri is top notch, execellnt service from show to close. I highly recommend her! I relied on her knowledge of local service providers and network for our relocation from San Antonio. We negotiated our deal on a Sunday evening and she was working well into the evening on the close date to finalize funding.
I have relocated several times and Kerri is by far the best agent I have ever worked with. She knew how the process worked and did a great job of research to determine the list price for my home. Kerri also did an outstanding job of marketing my property and we were able to get a signed contract in a short period of time. She was very responsive in working with the buyers agent to get the final details completed and we had a successful and on-time closing.
Kerri was alextremly helpful and accommodating to my hectic schedule coming in from out of town. She helped us get exactly what we wanted and we couldn't be happier.
She was attentive, amazing, and she became like part of our family. She went above and beyond in her customer service and was always available to us. We adore her.
Victoria, Deb, and staff did a great job from listing to closing! Would definitely recommend them and use them again! Always in contact, specific with instructions and suggestions, professional with communications.
Kerri was so great! She walked us through each step and made the whole process so easy. She was very responsive to every text, email, or phone call. She had our best interest in mind and helped us find a home that was the right fit for us!
Kerri Payne is exceptional! She goes above and beyond for her clients. Many times we were not able to make it to Midland to see the houses. She sent pictures, did a FaceTime showing and gave honest feedback. Kerri was also VERY responsive throughout the entire process. Buying a house is stressful and can be time sensitive. It was very reassuring to know that she would always respond the same day if we had questions. I would highly recommend Kerri Payne to anyone looking to buy a home in Midland.
Celeste helped us to buy our home in Midland and we are so thankful for her assistance in this process. She is super responsive and very friendly and thoughtful as well! We are glad to meet her not just for the business but also to keep the relationship as a friend. Her husband is a mission pastor at Stonegate church in Midland. I love to work with my fellow Christian and help out each other. If you are new in town and need to find a church, they can definitely help you with that.
