The process went smoothly with Printz realty. I’d say any issues we had were relatively minor but I’ll include for info- You will get included in a text feed with every showing. This was great until we didn’t get feedback or communication was misconstrued. We priced our property a little higher than originally planned which may have slowed our sales. Trust your gut. Our vacant house for sale was not properly managed. I think after a day of showings, someone should walk the property and double check it. Someone (another realt... read more
In March 2018 I sold my house in Andrews Texas and began looking for properties in the midland area closer to my work. After contacting Eddie James to show me a few properties in the midland/odessa/gardendale, I picked him to be my realtor. We viewed 3 properties that were in my price range. Eddie was very prompt and accessible to showings. My experience was a good overall experience. At every obstacle he was professional and patient. Celeste was very helpful in the process of selling our home. She is very knowledgeable and great to work with. She was very responsive to any questions or concerns, and it was clear she had my best interest in mind.
Outstanding service and dedication! Excellent support team who worked all hours of the day and all days of the week to sell our home! Everything from the pictures to the sales process was very well done. It is very evident Victoria and her team sell many houses. Hands down, Victoria Printz is better than any other agent in Midland!
Great to work with. Kerri was prompt, always willing to answer questions and was a real go getter. If I buy/sell in the future, I will definitely be calling her back again!
Our experience with Kerri was outstanding. She took the time to listen to us, and to learn about our needs and interests. She also helped us by sharing her knowledge of the market in ways that helped us make informed decisions. We enjoyed working with Kerri, highly recommend her to others, and would gladly work with her again.
Great job all the way around! Found cleanup crew to help us clean out the house to get it ready to put on the market. Provided us with all the information we needed and kept us informed during the entire process.
Kerri is great!! She is knowledgeable about Midland and Odessa markets. Our house sold very quickly and she stayed in touch with us the entire process! I highly recommend hiring Kerri and The Victoria Printz Team for buying or selling your home!
Kerri from start to finish was so very helpful and made buying our new home a breeze. She explained everything clearly and was very patient during the entire buying and home showing process. I highly recommend Kerri Payne for your home selling and purchasing needs.
