Excellent support... Kerri assisted me and my family buying our first home in the US and she was fantastic assisting us showing us properties, very honest feedback and guides for selecting a home. Even though we were new in the process, she made us feel very comfortable and guided as through the paperwork and requirements. I highly recommend Kerri!
Kerri did a wonderful job for us, she went above and beyond. We had several issues with our lender and she assisted in many ways (e.g. calling the lender, communications with the seller, resubmitting documents, etc..). I would definitely recommend using Kerri as a Realtor and if I decide to purchase or sell my home she will be the first person I contact.
Very patient and kind. Answered my calls or text promptly, even when I called a ton of times. Waited on me when I was late. Kept in contact with us on all details. Hopefully I'm not moving anytime soon, but If I do I would definitely use him again
