First and foremost i can not express my gratitude to the Victoria Printz team realtors for loaning our family Eddie James for a month in a 1/2 (haha). I sent an email request to view a home at 12am and the next morning Eddie James set up an viewing the same day. Incredibly knowledgeable of the local market and not afraid to offer her advice to get you the best deal possible. Victoria lways made herself available and was very quick to answer questions. Once a deal was in place her office was great in moving it towards closing and even helping with odds and ends as we were out of town. Would highly recommend.

Bought and sold with Victoria and her team. They were very helpful and responsive to all of my needs. They were available whenever I needed them and I know that they are working hard for their clients because I even got some emails at 2am! Highly recommend, they are the best!

The process went smoothly with Printz realty. I’d say any issues we had were relatively minor but I’ll include for info- You will get included in a text feed with every showing. This was great until we didn’t get feedback or communication was misconstrued. We priced our property a little higher than originally planned which may have slowed our sales. Trust your gut. In March 2018 I sold my house in Andrews Texas and began looking for properties in the midland area closer to my work. After contacting Eddie James to show me a few properties in the midland/odessa/gardendale, I picked him to be my realtor. We viewed 3 properties that were in my price range. Outstanding service and dedication! Excellent support team who worked all hours of the day and all days of the week to sell our home! Everything from the pictures to the sales process was very well done. It is very evident Victoria and her team sell many houses. Hands down, Victoria Printz is better than any other agent in Midland!
