My husband I were relocated to Midland and VPTR could not have made the move anymore seemless for us. Our experience was in no comparison to our other experiences we have had through the years. Kerri Payne is a smart, knowledgeable, hardworking, sincere, friendly, and easy-to-work with real estate professional. She was always available to answer any questions we had, day or night. She truly listened to what we were looking for in a home and showed us all of our options. Our home finding/buying process was made so much easier because of her. I would recommend her to everyone!

Kerri was extremely patient with us through the process, and she understood our needs better than any realtor we have ever worked with in buying a house. She was able to negotiate on our behalf, and did an outstanding job at always keeping us up to date and responding to any questions via email, phone call, or text almost immediately. There is not a better realtor out there. If you are looking for a professional experience from start to finish, do yourself the biggest favor and give Kerri a call.

I recently closed on my townhouse at Pointer Park, and wanted to let you know that Kerri Payne did a super job for me. She was very energetic, responsive and able to answer my questions/concerns in a timely manner. The closing came down to the wire, and Kerri did a great job to push and expedite completing the final items so that I could close before the Labor Day weekend. Thank you and when it comes time for me to move again in 3-4 years, I hope that Kerri can assist me with the sale.

Victoria was great! She was willing to meet us at our home whenever we had a question or concern. The only thing she could have done better was to have a professional take pictures of our home from the very beginning of the process. At first she had one of her staff take the pictures and they really didn't show our to the best advantage. After about four weeks on the market, she had a professional retake the pictures (at our request) and the number of showings improved substantially.
