I recently closed on my townhouse at Pointer Park, and wanted to let you know that Kerri Payne did a super job for me. She was very energetic, responsive and able to answer my questions/concerns in a timely manner. The closing came down to the wire, and Kerri did a great job to push and expedite completing the final items so that I could close before the Labor Day weekend. Thank you and when it comes time for me to move again in 3-4 years, I hope that Kerri can assist me with the sale.

Victoria was great! She was willing to meet us at our home whenever we had a question or concern. The only thing she could have done better was to have a professional take pictures of our home from the very beginning of the process. At first she had one of her staff take the pictures and they really didn't show our to the best advantage. After about four weeks on the market, she had a professional retake the pictures (at our request) and the number of showings improved substantially. Victoria was so professional and very easy to work with. Our home was presented well in pictures, She gave constant feedback after showings, and was always positive. Once we had a buyer, she arranged for the repairs we agreed upon to be made by capable workers. I would highly recommend Victoria and her team!

We chose Victoria Printz because of her steller reputation around the town of Midland Texas! The way we were treated and taken care of during the process of selling our house was really a five star experience! The team constantly checked in with us and let us know progress as they knew it!
