Kerri was the best realtor I could have asked for during the process of buying my first homes. She was always punctual and on time, and if anything got in the way of our scheduled showings, there was always a back up plan. She was extremely understanding in what our needs and wants were and she did not push us into anything we did not want or need. I would recommend Kerry to anyone that is looking to purchase a property in the Midland-Odessa area!

I highly recommend Kerri. She is very personable & professional. Kerri always answered my questions & if she did not have the answer, she would find someone who did. I have worked with Kerri for several years. She never gave up on me not being able to find the right house. She was very patient.

Kerri was extremely helpful in pointing us in the right direction and setting up meetings with the builders we were interested in. She helped us all of the way through the process of closing on the home and even did the walk through inspections for us (with us on FaceTime) since we were out of town at the time. She basically did all of the in-person meetings we could not attend due to being located out of town. We have sold a house with Kerri and that was the reason that we wanted to buy a house with Kerri. Her and her team are awesome! They put tons of effort to make you happy and to make sure that the house you choose, fits you! She knows what to look for and is very knowledgeable about the area and the market. She puts 200% of effort in every time and i will never use another agent except for her!

Kerri Payne is a smart, knowledgeable, hardworking, sincere, friendly, and easy-to-work with real estate professional. She was always available to answer any questions we had, day or night. Kerri was extremely patient with us through the process, and she understood our needs better than any realtor we have ever worked with in buying a house. She was able to negotiate on our behalf, and did an outstanding job at always keeping us up to date and responding to any questions via email, phone call, or text almost immediately.
