Very informed plumber.
While the team was nice and respectful in conversations but below are a couple of service-related comments: Shelby Mechanical website says and your team promised to provide the video, BEFORE AND AFTER, clearing the clogging in the main sewer to show the evidence. No video was provided, and when asked, we were told, it did not record so they can not provide. There were some problems. An attempt to resolve some of the problems were made. I prefer not to say any further information regarding this experience.
Showed up on time wearing footies & masks. Received a prearrival call as requested. Fixed the stubbon kitchen sink clog. Price was resonable.

The service man was very very nice and explained what he was doing but the equipment he used scraped the bottom of my toilet and can t get the rust out of the bottom of toilet so it does not look clean. Very unhappy.

Once I read this review today I contacted my plumber to inquire about the scratches inside the toilet and his response was that they were there prior to him starting as your husband Rose attempted to unclog the toilet with a regular snake and scratched it inside at the bottom as it is our company policy we use a closet auger that's incased in a rubber seal so we don't harm the toilets finish.
