I had a sump pump installed, not a shower. It was installed promptly and with skill. Person sent out was professional.
Fantastic service - we had a plumbing issue right after Christmas and we got a call within an hour of submitting a Service Magic request. They fixed the big issue and handled a variety of other plumbing repairs in our new home, both big and small. Both guys were friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable with him. Really nice guy who forgot our first appointment but was very apologetic and concerned with maintaining positive relations. Fixed a leaky faucet and helped me determine where a bathtub leak was coming from.
did the job swift and professionally. Even took time to explain some other things that were origionally done wrong and corrected them at no charge. There is always a worry that you are getting ripped off by a contractor but no such feeling here. I would not hesitate to refer Shelby Mechanical to friends and reletives for all of their plunbing needs
