Ron was great. He explained everything to me while quoting the job. I was not there for the actual work, but my wife was and she said he was very professional and explained everything he was doing and she felt really comfortable asking him questions. I will definitely call Shelby Mechanical for my future plumbing needs.
Ron did a great job, showed up when promised and was complete with the water heater in less than two hours. There was a resulting problem with one faucet that worked off differential pressure that was defective in the master bath shower. Ron took the time to fix it and didn't charge any extra. Over all very good job on such short notice.

Ron quoted install of a frost-free sillcock, shut-off valves, re-routing of water, gas, and drain lines, and installation of gas range connection. I have tried a number of large and small company and independent plumbers for various projects. Ron's price for all the work quoted was fair, the quality of the work was superb, and the site was well prepared with flooring protection.
