I felt very comfortable with him. Really nice guy who forgot our first appointment but was very apologetic and concerned with maintaining positive relations. Fixed a leaky faucet and helped me determine where a bathtub leak was coming from.
did the job swift and professionally. Even took time to explain some other things that were origionally done wrong and corrected them at no charge. There is always a worry that you are getting ripped off by a contractor but no such feeling here. I would not hesitate to refer Shelby Mechanical to friends and reletives for all of their plunbing needs

Ron was professional, prompt and courteous. He was neatly dressed and pleasant. The job I had was very simple so he gave me a quote over the phone. Others were not willing to do that. His charge was reasonable. I would definitely hire Ron again.
Ron did not even have to come to my house. He was so helpful that he talked me through the repair on the phone. If I ever did need a plumber to come to my house I would call Ron first. He was awesome, friendly and helpful.
Top of the line guy, does a lot of commercial and residentail work. Goes beyond on the work. Quailty workmanship.
The Two plumbers replaced at my request all plastic lines with Braided Stainless Steel Lines on All Toilets, Sinks, Kitchen Sink, a replaced the plastic line on my Dishwasher with a Braided Stainless Line also, & replaced my plastic line on my Refridgerator with a Copper Line. (Three Bathroom in total ) All this work was completed to my complete satisfaction within 4 Hours. Now I do not have to worry about water damage from a broken plastic line. Sincerely, Gary Kivie
