The service man was very very nice and explained what he was doing but the equipment he used scraped the bottom of my toilet and can t get the rust out of the bottom of toilet so it does not look clean. Very unhappy.

Once I read this review today I contacted my plumber to inquire about the scratches inside the toilet and his response was that they were there prior to him starting as your husband Rose attempted to unclog the toilet with a regular snake and scratched it inside at the bottom as it is our company policy we use a closet auger that's incased in a rubber seal so we don't harm the toilets finish. The plumbing done caused the dishwasher to not work. The company stated that this was not ther fault.

We hade to make multiple repairs at Dale Richardson’s home that day that required us to shut the water main down because the plumbing valves at the fixtures were so old they didn’t function. We received a call from Mrs (consumer name withheld per their request) a day or two after repairs were made informing us she wasn’t getting full water pressure at her dishwasher so we sent a plumber back out and he checked the water supply line to the dishwasher and found proper water pressure at that point. They sent me an inexperienced guy who spent an hour trying to fix my water heater by cleaning some part in the WH. They charged me $245 and the water heater is not fixed. They tried to sell me a new water heater for $1250. I had it replaced for $950 with another company. I wish I never called them. I waisted $245.

Failed to correctly diagnose the nature of the problem costing me far more money than it should have. Very disappointing.
Gave a price of $145 over the phone charge me $235 when they came out.
Included in the bill there was a 25 dollar charge for home advisor? Wasn't aware of being charged for recommendation

Plumber broke the pipe to shower trying to fix one of the problems he was originally trying to fix. Total repair almost doubled, but I suppose these things happen in older homes. All other work was done very well.
They were extremely quick to call and came out the next day, I just feel that $400+ for unblocking a drain and installing a new faucet was a little too expensive...
