The plumber was unable to complete the installation of my faucets due to physical issues discovered after starting the work. A different contractor completed the job without incident at 1/3 of estimate from Shelby.

The company offered late appointments so the technician came out around 8:00 and didn’t finish until 11:30ish
Wot was not done correct first time. Had to come back next day to level the water heater which should have been done at the instillation time. Was not good with his attitude and left sharp corners of still under which is not safe.

At the complication of the installation of the water heater it was level or in this case 1/16? off as the bubble on the level was just leaning ever so slightly to one side which is well within tolerance for the operation of her water heater but at her request we did return and make an attempt to adjust the tank. Charged a lot for a job that didn’t work

I?m sorry you feel that way but after sitting down with my plumber and going over the job he made me aware that your valve needed to be replaced but at your request he would attempt to repair it. At the time he was completed with the service call it was operating properly and you paid for the services rendered. The following day it began to leak again as we assumed it would. Did not keep the first appointment with me. He did give me a discounted price for missing the appointment. Work was done on the second appointment but not to my satisfaction. Said he would be out to fix the problem the next day. Three days later I still have not heard from him. Not reliable enough for me to recommend this company.
After the plumber left for 2 days I noticed that my sprinkler was on but my water wasn't coming on so I had to turn my water back on.

Ron came out to my rental property on Monday January 21 to do some plumbing repairs. He had to wait around for half an hour until my tenant allowed him inside. I really appreciate his patience in putting up with my tenant's lousy attitude.
