I just successfully closed the sale of my rental property in what I would call Record Time! March 31st my property was "enticingly" listed on Zillow. Within hours the property was opened for prospective viewers/buyers, and had received several offers for me to consider. We approached Anita with a very short timeline. She got right to work scheduling showings. When we found “the one”, she fought for us. I felt like I hired a best friend. We were very lucky to have Nate as our realtor. This was our first home selling experience and we thought it would be a very stressful process.
