Patti was very helpful throughout the home buying process. She is very knowledgeable of the local market and advised me on the necessary bid to secure my home in a highly competitive market. She is always quick to respond and went out of her way to answer any questions that I had. She also connected me with a lender to find the loan I needed to be able to purchase and remodel a foreclosure. I will definitely use her in the future should I decide to sell my home.

Patti goes way beyond what a normal realtor would do. She is always there to answer any questions we had. She responds to calls, texts, emails, immediately. She was professional, courteous, and respectful in all situations. She showed little acts of kindness all along the way in the process of finding the right place for us. A+++++!!!!!!!

This was my first time buying a house and I was absolutely terrified, however, I got a recommendation to use Nate and it was the greatest recommendations. There is not one negative thing I can think of about Nate. He made buying a house a breeze. I had a sticky situation. My house had to be sold as fast as possible. Nate Woodall helped me sell my home in less than a month! We negotiated prices and had several offers and he advised what to do in the benefit of myself. He is sweet and personal. Always responded in an hour tops. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Highly recommend Nate! He went above and beyond what I expected out of an agent while I was looking for a home to purchase. He made it his personal mission to find the right house for me that was in my price range. He was friendly and professional. I consider Nate to be in a class of his own compared to his peers.

Nate helped me find my first home I've ever purchased. He helped explain the whole process, and then put up with me looking at 30+ homes only to go with the second one I saw. All of the professionals he suggested for parts of the contract, from mortgage to home inspection, were amazing. Even after closing he's given solid advice or referrals for anything I needed for the house. I'll certainly come back when it's time to sell house #1 and buy #2.

I worked with Patti at Rosenblum Realty to purchase my first home and really can’t say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, and very easy to communicate with. She answered every question I had and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. She stayed within my budget and only showed me homes in that price range. She never pressured me to do anything in this process and eliminated the stress of buying a new home. I would highly recommend her!

My husband and I had wonderful experience with Rosenblum Realty. Patti Weaver was a fantastic agent and showed us houses that were exactly what we asked for! She recommended a home to us that we were unsure of, but as soon as we stepped foot in it we knew it was the one! We are very happy with our purchase and we would have never considered this house if it wasn't for Patti. Patti goes above and beyond and is very easy and efficient with communication.
