We've worked with Rosenblum Realty for a year, and they have helped us with the purchase and rental of two homes. Our realtor (Nate Woodall) helped us compete in a very competitive market and buy two great houses. He then got the rental houses ready and on the market in an extremely timely manner. Overall, very happy with Rosenblum Realty.
Cary Rosenblum helped us through the entire process of getting our home ready to sell and selling it. Our only difficulty was getting our check out of state because of the lawyer he used. He, himself, was wonderful and attentive.
Patti Weaver is the best of the best. Patti guided me through the process and ensured my transition from out of state was seamless. She made sure I had all the information I needed when I arrived to get things going and find my way around. We worked with Valeska to find a rental home, because we were having trouble finding one in this crazy market while being self-employed. We found one on the first day, within our budget! Valeska scheduled several houses for us to look at and handled the order and times of scheduling so that made it easier for us to continue working while searching. He has great customer service skills, very responsive to my messages, and gets the answers to my questions in a timely manner if he doesn't know it already. Highly recommend.
