As an out-of-state investor, Nate is a blessing. I bought and sold properties with him and he is just perfect. Prepare the house for sale or for rent- he's got a "guy" for everything. Trimming branches, air condition, roof, whatever- he'll take care of you with professional people with good prices. Basically I got not just an agent, but also project manager and a friend. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
