I bought a single family home as an investment, and since I live in California, it was extra important to have a great property manager. Worked with Carey and he was very easy to work with! He was patient with our home buying hunt and really understood the kind of place we were looking for. He only brought up potential houses that fit what we wanted and was very proactive with houses we brought to him for consideration. Carey was very knowledgeable with quality local companies for inspectors and contractors to fulfill our needs as quickly as possible. He definitely made our first home-buying experience feel like a walk in the park.

In May 2023, we bought two rentals in Huntsville using Nate as our agent. Both properties were new construction.
