Joe done a outstanding job for us. This being our first time buying a home, Joe made sure all of our questions was answered before we done the paperwork. It was a pleasure employing Rosenblum Reality, specifically Nate Woodall who made the process of buying a house easy. Being out-of-state buyers we were hesitant, but Nate put all of our fears to rest. His calm, polite, and professional manner made our house buying experience actually enjoyable. In May 2023, we bought two rentals in Huntsville using Nate as our agent. Both properties were new construction. We do not live in the Huntsville area and had to rely on Nate to do far more than what is typical - including attending the home inspection for us and negotiating with the builder on our behalf. I can not say enough good things about Rosenblum Realty and my realtor Chastity Bradford. I was ready to put my first house on the market and had no clue what I was doing or where to start. Great experience! I told them what I wanted and it was delivered. I did not want to sell my home to investors who will drive the price of the homes up. I want someone to enjoy my old home and be apart of the surrounding community.
