Our realtor, Nate, did a wonderful job of sharing information about our local market. Nate also arranged necessary repairs for our home which was fabulous because we relocated out of state and we were not present to handle the repairs. Nate was prompt with all communications and negotiations. We would be pleased to work with him and Rosenblum Realty in the future!!!

Rosenblum Realty has been a true pleasure to work with. Nate Woodall is professional, communicative and knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate buying and property management. The office staff is courteous and helpful. All of our questions were answered immediately. Nate really made the process of buying and renting so easy. He is amazing! We worked with Valeska to find a rental home, because we were having trouble finding one in this crazy market while being self-employed. We found one on the first day, within our budget! Valeska scheduled several houses for us to look at and handled the order and times of scheduling so that made it easier for us to continue working while searching. He has great customer service skills, very responsive to my messages, and gets the answers to my questions in a timely manner if he doesn't know it already. Highly recommend.
