Patti was extremely personable and knowledgeable. She was able to help us buy and sell a house in the blink of an eye. She was very patient with us as well.... especially when it came to the nerves of buying and selling a home all at the same time. We would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!!!
Nate Is an amazing realtor. He is knowledgeable, honest, and will do everything he can to make the process of buying or selling as easy as possible. He helped me sell my house and we had offers within 24 hours of listing. He is a genuinely nice man who puts everything he has into helping his clients. I will be using Nate again if and when the time comes.

She is always quick to respond and went out of her way to answer any questions that I had. She also connected me with a lender to find the loan I needed to be able to purchase and remodel a foreclosure. I will definitely use her in the future should I decide to sell my home.

This was my first time buying a house and I was absolutely terrified, however, I got a recommendation to use Nate and it was the greatest recommendations. I had a sticky situation. My house had to be sold as fast as possible. Nate Woodall helped me sell my home in less than a month! We negotiated prices and had several offers and he advised what to do in the benefit of myself. He is sweet and personal. Always responded in an hour tops. I HIGHLY recommend him.
