Nate Is an amazing realtor. He is knowledgeable, honest, and will do everything he can to make the process of buying or selling as easy as possible. He helped me sell my house and we had offers within 24 hours of listing. He is a genuinely nice man who puts everything he has into helping his clients. I will be using Nate again if and when the time comes.

I had a sticky situation. My house had to be sold as fast as possible. Nate Woodall helped me sell my home in less than a month! We negotiated prices and had several offers and he advised what to do in the benefit of myself. He is sweet and personal. Always responded in an hour tops. I HIGHLY recommend him.
