Nate helped me find my first home I've ever purchased. He helped explain the whole process, and then put up with me looking at 30+ homes only to go with the second one I saw. All of the professionals he suggested for parts of the contract, from mortgage to home inspection, were amazing. Even after closing he's given solid advice or referrals for anything I needed for the house. I'll certainly come back when it's time to sell house #1 and buy #2.
I worked with Patti at Rosenblum Realty to purchase my first home and really can’t say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, and very easy to communicate with.
