Nate helped me find my first home I've ever purchased. He helped explain the whole process, and then put up with me looking at 30+ homes only to go with the second one I saw. All of the professionals he suggested for parts of the contract, from mortgage to home inspection, were amazing. Even after closing he's given solid advice or referrals for anything I needed for the house. I'll certainly come back when it's time to sell house #1 and buy #2.

I worked with Patti at Rosenblum Realty to purchase my first home and really can’t say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, and very easy to communicate with. She answered every question I had and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. She stayed within my budget and only showed me homes in that price range. She never pressured me to do anything in this process and eliminated the stress of buying a new home. I would highly recommend her!

My husband and I had wonderful experience with Rosenblum Realty. Patti Weaver was a fantastic agent and showed us houses that were exactly what we asked for! She recommended a home to us that we were unsure of, but as soon as we stepped foot in it we knew it was the one! We are very happy with our purchase and we would have never considered this house if it wasn't for Patti. Patti goes above and beyond and is very easy and efficient with communication. Would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!

I highly recommend Nate to anyone that’s looking to buy or sell a home. I couldn’t think him enough for the hard work he has done on Listing our home on the market and had an offer within 48 hours. For being first time home sellers, He responds quickly to any questions or concerns that you might have and give informational tips that you can do to your home to make it stand out. Nate made the whole process very smooth sailing from start to finish.
