Patti is the best realtor we have ever worked with. She got us the best deal on our sale. We had listed our house twice with other people and never got an offer. We had people looking daily at our listing and it sold in 6 weeks. When we were ready to buy, she also got us the best deal on the new one. We should have contacted Carey before we started getting our house ready to sell because we would have saved hundreds of dollars and lots of time doing unnecessary work and fixes ourselves. As it turned out, Carey did save us thousands of dollars because we would have spent money on the wrong things to fix up and the wrong way to fix them up. This was my husband' s and my first home buying experience. Patti was excellent at explaining what we needed to do to get started and was always reachable for any questions we had throughout the entire process. We found our new house very quickly. There were a few things that had to be fixed by the seller before we could get our loan, and she worked very hard to get everything done to get us into our new home.
