We contacted Patti to look at a home and after meeting with numerous realtors loved her right away. She is very down to Earth and she knows her stuff! Never pushy! always had info we wanted or would get it right away. If I called and didn't reach her she responded ASAP. Patti helped our family sell our house even though the market was tough and several houses around us were also for sale. She was quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the process. She always had a positive attitude. She also was able to help us find an inspector, an electrician, and anything else needed to sell our house.
Patti was the listing agent for a home my wife and I were highly intersted in, but we enjoyed our current home and did not want to float two mortgages, so I told her if she could sell our current home we would purchase the other. I've been a landlord over the past 12 years and have never worked with a property management company as unprofessional as Rosenblum Realty and Anita Jones. After they approved an applicant to rent my house, they told me her move-in date was in 2 weeks. Turns out, she had to delay her move-in by another 2 weeks yet Rosenblum never communicated this to me.
