I've been a landlord over the past 12 years and have never worked with a property management company as unprofessional as Rosenblum Realty and Anita Jones. After they approved an applicant to rent my house, they told me her move-in date was in 2 weeks. Turns out, she had to delay her move-in by another 2 weeks yet Rosenblum never communicated this to me.
