The food is pretty good for a school cafeteria and they have plenty of options. hey have slushies! They also have these things they call flurries in these small white containers that is the bomb, try one. The cafeteria staff is great and I wouldn't trade them for the world.

They have been really cracking down on getting more secure recently. They put an electronic door lock on the only usable door during the school day and has been getting a lot more restrictive on who comes in but mainly where they come in.

The staff is really great, they're really helpful and willing to figure out something that works for you. The principal I had was banging awesome and really down to earth. I loved the guidance counselor, I went through some things and she was definitely there for me. They have policies set in place and they do a pretty good job keeping up with them. Our clubs and such meet during the school day and are run by the teachers. There aren't many student operated clubs. The students have positions and run the meetings to a point but the clubs are really only run by the teachers. Other than that, there is a theater program that hardly anyone does because they are too prissy and the sports program dominates the school to the point that you are required to take a sport to graduate. Really annoying to a non-sports girl who has no coordination.

My favorite experience here is probably when we all would hang out in the music room and just play instruments and be silly.

The teachers are amazing. They are very devoted to the students and getting you to understand what you're learning. They work off off kids. If they are the "joke" of a teacher in student's eyes, then they throw curve balls to keep them on their feet while the "hard" and "mean" teachers keep their work at a constant rate so you know exactly what to expecet with their expectations. The teachers are awesome.

The teachers are great, I love them. The academics are okay. I noticed that the people in the honors classes were just naturally smart while the people in the lowest classes just didn't try. But it wasn't really hard work. There would be maybe a night or two here and there with something hard but they made it almost too simple because when I went to college it was soooo much more work than I was used to. My high school would have made a joke college.

This school is a college prep school and it does just that, prep you for college. I don't think they do much to prepare you for the real world though. They were more concerned you were a well rounded student that could get into a good college. There was one kid in my class of 31 that went to be in the army and I think he was the only one that would stand a chance in it. Almost everyone plays a sport, if you don't then you're weird and fat. You are required to take at least one sport in high school and the teams, depending on the season will either be good or really bad. School spirit is okay, no one really cares about cheer leading. The facilities are constantly being updated and getting more and more space but it's a waste because we have few students for the amount of space they put to it.
