Cheryl is patient and works hard to show properties which fit the need of the buyer as explained by the buyer to her. She thinks outside the box and goes the extra mile or more to find properties that will and even may fit the need of the buyer. All I can say is she was great.

I was a little concerned at first because Cheryl was the sellers agent. I was wrong to be concerned. Cheryl was impartial and assisted both of us in a friendly and professional manner.
