Cheryl helped me through a difficult & lengthy short-sale; she successfully negotiated 100% loan forgiveness & even a little cash back at closing! Cheryl also helped me buy a condo in 2012 & convinced the former owners to provide me with a private mortgage or I wouldn't have been able to make the purchase. She is patient but firm. I will call on her again in the future whenever I have real estate needs, along with recommending her to everyone I know who is looking to buy or sell in Polk County!

I"ve worked with a handful of Realtor s and Cheryl is truly the best I've worked with. What she does that I found special is that she questioned me about things I liked or didn't like and gave me a perspective that I had not thought about. Cheryl, was always available to us by phone and email. she was able to show us many homes in the areas we were interested in and used the internet to send us daily information on current homes. we appreciate her dedication. She knows the area well and gave us valuable advise. We worked with Cheryl locally to help my Mother purchase a home in Florida from out of state. Cheryl was great to work with and when we found some homes we thought were good contenders she did a video walk through for my Mom so she could get a better feel for the homes.
