We had an older house to sell and two houses next to us were in foreclosure -- obviously a very difficult situation. BUT, she guided us through the process, was spot-on in her recommendations as to what to do and not do to our house to get it ready to be sold, and kept us very informed through the whole process. She let us know when buyer's offers were weak and where things might break down. She was always right!

Buying your first house can be a scary and daunting process. Attempting to close on a house in under 30 days in December on a FHA loan almost impossible. It was a joint effort that allowed us to put your home under contract and close 30 days later on an FHA loan - in December. :-) I'm glad we both pushed hard and were successful - not that we didn't add a little undue stress because of the very short time frame, but you will be extremely happy when you get your tax bill in 2015 with the $50,000 homeowners exemption allowed because you closed in 2014.
Cheryl made buying our first home stress-free. She was with us every step of the way. She negotiated our needs many times during the process, with the seller, the builder, and the loan officer. We could not have done it without her.
