I was out of state while my house was being sold and Cheryl put my mind at ease as far as security and making sure everything was perfect for every showing. It took awhile to sell my mom's house, however, once we put the right price on it, Cheryl had it sold within two weeks. I personally will never be able to use Cheryl Bossarte again because I am not in Florida, however, I would highly recommend her to other sellers and buyers. She is experienced, has many connections and most assuredly knows the area.
