Cheryl is the best experience I’ve ever had with a realtor. She was worth every penny of the commission. I needed to sell my property while in another state. She took care of everything and even gave me contacts for repair work and clean out services. We had an offer in six days after listing due to her expertise in getting the house ready to sell. I can’t say enough about how great she is.
