Cheryl Bossarte was our realtor and she was first class! Available to us anytime, even a last minute flight in for a weekend visit to pick our home. She listened to us studied our likes and dislikes and she helped us find our dream home in Dundee Florida that we moved into December 2020! Cheryl is the best experience I’ve ever had with a realtor. She was worth every penny of the commission. I needed to sell my property while in another state. She took care of everything and even gave me contacts for repair work and clean out services. We had an offer in six days after listing due to her expertise in getting the house ready to sell. I can’t say enough about how great she is.
