This is the second time that we worked with Cheryl Bossarte . The first time was four years ago when we bought a house in lake Wales and the second time was when we sold a house in Lake Wales in October. We had our Lake Wales home on the market for one day, yes one day! The prep work that Cheryl and her team did was spectacular and the photograph were amazing, so much so that our friends and relatives asked "Why are you selling, this place is beautiful". Well a cash offer over asking is why!!!
