Cheryl helped us purchase our first home. Her negotiating skills are an asset to anyone purchasing a home. She helped us get into our Dream Home even though they had a cash offer and we had financing. There was a small issue that could have prevented us from closing on time but she helped us find a way around it. We were able to close on time and even after closing she still work hard for us to solve the issue. We highly recommend her when thinking of purchasing a home.
