I had a very good experience with Cheryl. She had great ideas to maximize the value prior to putting the house on the market which I used and closed within a month and a half of being on the market! being in close proximity to an apartment complex I didn't think a quick sale was possible but I needed to sell fast. We had an older house to sell and two houses next to us were in foreclosure -- obviously a very difficult situation. BUT, she guided us through the process, was spot-on in her recommendations as to what to do and not do to our house to get it ready to be sold, and kept us very informed through the whole process.
