Cheryl is very professional, well dressed, punctual and reliable. when she tells you that she is working on a particular part of a real estate transaction for you it is being done. Even with the banks trying every thing imaginable to get out of making a loan Cheryl does not give up and actually turns up the pace to make the deal happen.
