My left hearing aid stopped functioning. It was sent off for repair. Upon my return appointment I learned it was replaced. Dr. Beauty is always concerned about my quality of hearing, asks questions, listens, and takes appropriate action to remedy the problem. She is the only PhD level audiologist in Hot Springs, teaches audiology, students from UAMS, and understands the pathology of hearing deficits.

Everyone at Palmer Hearing Laboratory is friendly and cares about your Hearing. I was in for a routine cleaning never had to sit down before I was asked for my aids. They checked to make sure everything was working well with them or did I need to see Dr Claire, got them cleaned back to shortly. Made my appointment for my next cleaning and was on my way.
