Really thorough hearing test and the staff and Dr were exceptional. Very professional and kind people to work with. I'm undecided on a purchase do to price and time of year but when ready to improve hearing, I intend to go back to Palmer. Also, I was referred to Palmer Hearing by two different couples who also had good experiences as well as purchases. Expertise and kindness go a long way in a successful business. Thanks gang, Don

Great staff, pays attention to detail and listens to what you say. In for a routine cleaning and I mentioned how I was getting extra static when putting my aids on in the morning, especially with one. They had just finished cleaning them and thought maybe I had a moisture build up and if I could wait a few more minutes they would put it through a machine which sucks excessive moisture out. WOW what a difference that made in my being able to hear clearer. Palmer Hearing Laboratory is fantastic!
