Very prompt and proactive. One of my receivers needed replacement and the noted the other was starting to look woren so did it before it kicked the bucket.

Very nice and explained things very well. Made you feel very comfortable and relaxed
The doctor that preformed my 4 year old sons hearing test was phenomenal. She was the absolute sweetest and really knew how to handle a child. I would highly recommend her to anyone with children needing hearing tests.
