I've had to wear hiring aids most of my adult life some 30 plus years. I have been seeing Claire and her team for the past 10 years. They have been the most friendly hearing professioanls and their patience with my needs is unmeasureable. Seeing a licensed Audiologist is the only way to go as I feel they understand hearing loss and make fitting and adjustments of my hearing aids to my approval a much quicker and easier process. That's a tall order for a very active person as myself. Thank you all at Palmer.

First visit to this business. Very nice and friendly staff. Answered all my questions and assisted me with the transition to a new office. The audiologist did a thorough hearing test and let me brief her on my past hearing experiences. Assisted me with insurance questions and prepared me for new hearing aids.

Repaired my hearing aid in just a few minutes. Set up an appointment for hearing test and possible new hearing aids. Very pleased!!!
