David was a very thorough project manager, communicating with me along the process. Our small remodel project was unique and David made several stops out to make sure all measurements and materials were the right ones for the job. He did a great deal of research to find us the right solution. Andy's craftmanship was excellent. The final project looks just like we hoped for. The refinishing of the kitchen cabinets was a challenge, but Murphy Bros paint staff made sure we were happy with the final product.
Scott and David both have great professional knowledge in remodels and dealing with insurance companies. I would just say they need to be a bit more organized in scheduling things and communicate with the people doing the work and the customer.
We've hired contractors in the past to work on our home. This is the first time a contractor has exceeded our expectations.
From the start, Murphy Bros representatives were friendly and responsive to our needs. The carpenters were willing to interact and share their knowledge... and to incorporate our suggestions and needs as the construction project proceeded. The final result was excellent.
