What was most important to us is that we found a company that could help us with ideas, was upfront with cost, and delivered quality work. All of those categories were met with Murphy Bros. Our experience took much longer than it should have and became emotionally draining, but that would not deter me from recommending them to a friend.
I was very pleased with all the workmanship. It was excellent.

There's always things to improve, even among our most skilled and dedicated staff. And so we appreciate your candor in pointing out areas of improvement. Everyone in our company gets to see these, so all have a chance to take away something helpful.
I think it would depend on the project. Overall, we were happy to work with Murphy Bros and were impressed with the team, but I think there were challenges with our project that may have been better suited to a different company. So I wouldn't hesitate recommending them based on the quality of work, design input, and work ethic of the team, but I do think the company has strengths and weaknesses depending on the project they are completing.
I'm mostly happy with the work that they did, but there was some things that were missed, resulting in me having to complete the work.
