All work was quality materials and professional installation.
The work quality and the relationship I had with the carpenters was wonderful.
Business response:
Julie, thanks so much for your candid assessment of our work. I am glad you are satisfied with the overall outcome and we will take to heart the continued need to clarify our communications. Making sure everyone is really on the same page is the greatest challenge we face.
David was a very thorough project manager, communicating with me along the process. Our small remodel project was unique and David made several stops out to make sure all measurements and materials were the right ones for the job. He did a great deal of research to find us the right solution. Andy's craftmanship was excellent. The final project looks just like we hoped for. The refinishing of the kitchen cabinets was a challenge, but Murphy Bros paint staff made sure we were happy with the final product.
Scott and David both have great professional knowledge in remodels and dealing with insurance companies. I would just say they need to be a bit more organized in scheduling things and communicate with the people doing the work and the customer.
