They we’re very quick to contact me after my inquiry. The deck was built within 4 months- start to finish, despite Covid being an issue. Very pleased we have time to enjoy it before winter sets in!
Business response:
Cindy, I'm so glad you had a great experience along with getting a beautiful deck before the snow. These are challenging times for remodelers with all the supply chain uncertainties, so it is nice to be noticed for the extra efforts that are required on nearly every project. Let's hope for a warm and late fall so you can enjoy your new outdoor living!
I have used them for a number of projects over the last 20 years and have always been 100% satisfied.
They listen well to your needs and make really good recommendations.
The entire process was easy and without surprises. Our project manager Ben and carpenters Ryan and Ivan were great. They were respectful during COVID, they showed attentional to detail and quality craftsmanship. They followed our agreed upon timeline and budget. We couldn’t be happier with the final result. We would definitely recommend Murphy Bros.
They far exceeded our expectations about the possibilities for our space.
