I appreciate their time and not having to wait so long. They were out within a week and the job was started within a week or two from that.
The staff was friendly. They were very busy and had to fit us in around other projects. It made us feel like we were not a priority.

No pressure for sales during the the estimate and at the end of the project one board for the deck was cracked on delivery. This could have easily been hidden in the construction without my ever knowing but and they would have been done with the smaller project I had but it was not and instead a replacement...
