We've hired contractors in the past to work on our home. This is the first time a contractor has exceeded our expectations.
From the start, Murphy Bros representatives were friendly and responsive to our needs. The carpenters were willing to interact and share their knowledge... and to incorporate our suggestions and needs as the construction project proceeded. The final result was excellent.
They exceeded our expectations in every aspect of our remodel. From the first meeting with designer, to the last day, every person involved was top notch. They were always respectful. They took their time, never rushed or pushed us, or tried to force us to do something. They were always kind and courteous. I would highly recommend them.
Business response:
Thanks for taking the time to share your experience Carolee & Tony through this survey. I hope all our future clients can have the same unbelievably positive experience as you did. I have to say though, a lot of the credit for a smooth remodel goes to you both. Your responsiveness, trust and patience were over the top. I know your past experience with remodeling hadn't gone so well. So I want to recognize that your willingness to trust us was a big step for you! I am so very, very pleased that we earned that trust. Enjoy you... read more
I have experience in the design and remodeling field and as a result I have high expectations. David Long immediately inspired my confidence and that confidence was subsequently justified by Scott Loso and all craftsmen that worked on my project.
It took about 5 months from contract signing to get on schedule which was longer than expected so have concerns recommending larger projects.
Be prepared as their cost is going to be in the top 25%.
